How it works:
- Choose a Hero Cause you care about
- Everything you post is associated with your Hero Cause
- If other users like your post, they can give micro-donations to your cause
- Tap and hold to customize your donation
- Millions of donations add up to a big impact!

Features:
- HERO CAUSE: Can be identified by the yellow star gold ribbon. The Hero Cause is a user’s primary cause that they are “Roaring” for.
- CONTENT VIEWING: Users can watch content from their friends and favorite creators.
- MICRO-DONATIONS: When a user likes a post, they can tap “Penny” the Pig and donate 1 cent to that creator’s Hero Cause. If they LOVE a post, they can tap and hold to donate even more. Proceeds go to established and vetted 501(c)(3) organizations that are listed on each Cause Profile. Roar Social keeps $0 of user donations.
- ROAR GIVING WALLET: Users can load their wallet using Apple Pay or a credit card. Once the wallet is loaded, they can seamlessly micro-donate to any post.
- ROAR SCORE: From the moment users open Roar Social, they earn Roars (our in-app user score) for everything they do on the app. The Roar Score rewards users for their attention span, and for doing good.
- USER PROFILE: Users can express themselves through their name, bio, profile photo, hero cause, other causes they care about, and their content feed.
- CAUSE PROFILE: Users can learn more about a cause, and follow the cause. Users can learn which 501(c)(3) organizations benefit from each cause. This section will feature top supporters associated with the cause. It will also feature Roar Social’s total platform-wide impact on the cause.
- CAUSES SECTION: Users can visit this area to discover and learn about causes, and connect with like-minded communities who share the same passions. We spotlight creators who are making the biggest impact.
- MY IMPACT: This gamified area lets users monitor their impact across the platform, including their Raised, Donated and Roar Score stats.
